Keywatcher 48 Cabinet
The Morse Watchman Keywatcher 48 Cabinet provides a very high level of security for your keys. All key removals require a four digit pin# and (optional) fingerprint scan of a person registered in the system. The only keys they are allowed to remove are the ones they are registered to remove.
The Keywatcher system provides full, real-time reporting and will also alert a manager if keys are not replaced by a pre-determined time. In other words, if a key is supposed to be returned by 4pm and it is not, the system immediately notifies the assigned manager that "Key#xx was not returned by Employee xxxxx"
No more human error; assigning a particular employee to hand out and retrieve keys; no more clipboards and handwritten notes on who has what key.
